Technology has so greatly and so significantly outpaced the law for so long now, that we may never recover from unregulated tech bro shit from my youth, and now that I’m old enough to have school aged kids, it has only gotten exponentially worse.
As a person with food texture issues AND a fan of tomatoes in all forms: A lot of tomatoes are selectively grown for weight to maximize profits, but as a result, they’re a loose blob of grainy and flavorless bullshit. This is especially true for chain fast food places where they’re trying to spend as little as possible on ingredients. Every tomato I’ve grown at home has been on a completely different level from the ones I’ve bought.
