I’m surprised that Israel is letting us do that.

It’s amusing to me that the same folks to deride Chinese car manufacturers because they are somehow cheating by getting support from the government are the same people demanding that the US government artificially protect the US car industry by blocking Chinese imports. The point being that neither side actually objects to government participation in the market. But, one side uses it to make better products and service consumers, and the other does it to protect worse products from market forces.

Honestly, I would screen potential employers by whether they are a Microsoft shop or not. Fuck ‘em.
CBS has forfeited any remaining sheds of credibility forever. I cannot wait until these media dinosaurs die off as their elderly audience ages out.
A good start.

I would suggest that people eat RFK instead.

Fuck this man, this administration, this president and the entire Republican Party that has engineered the horrors to come. Fuck the entire Democratic Party that simply refuses to act in yet another critical moment where opposition is necessary, just as they have for the entire forty year Republican progression toward violent empirical fascism. To the extent that this is a democracy at all, fuck the American people who are too stupid, too deluded, too fat and entitled to stand up and change their corrupt evil government. And finally, fuck every single member of the US armed forces that will ultimately perpetrate these evil crimes against their fellow man. None of them deserve any deference or respect.

Here to hoping that this event, and the increasing prospect that some hero will breach his safe space, causes trump and his family and colleagues ever more stress, discomfort and pain. Anything that makes life worse for all of them is a good thing.

Goddamn, it reproduced already?

I guess we don’t need polling if we’re not doing that “democracy” thing anymore.

This rally cry (to dismantle DHS) sounds exactly like the kind of popular policy position the Democrats always take when they are out of power. Then, when we give them the power to act, they refuse to implement it (usually in service of some nonsense like “mending”, “coalition building”, or “returning to normalcy”).
Well, democrats as a whole are largely organized around facilitating republican policies, so I guess this checks out.
