Literally every watchdog group that rates senators has her as more liberal than conservative. She sided with the Obama presidency on over 70% of votes. She consistently gets endorsements from Democrats during reelection campaigns. She voted against Trump in both elections. If you think she’s MAGA, you’re living in fantasy land.

I’m not saying she’s Karl Marx. But she’s 1000% not MAGA, and if you think she is, you’ve basically obviated any meaning the term has. MAGA doesn’t mean “anyone to the right of Lenin.” Just because someone votes conservative on some issues doesn’t make them MAGA.

If non-human animals cannot consent, isn’t all sex between any two non-human animals rape?

If that’s the case, isn’t this preferable to just letting the animals just rape each other indiscriminately?

Not to put too fine a point on it, but the phrase “made with no artificial colors” being printed on something has never influenced my purchasing decision.

But maybe I’m an outlier in that regard.

But this seems like a bit of a nothing-burger to me. From what I can tell, it’s not that Titanium Dioxide was banned and now he’s allowing it. It’s that it’s always been allowed, but now he’s letting products that contain it to put “no artificial coloring” on the package.

Naturally derived dyes obviously aren’t definitionally healthier than artificial ones, and some natural ones can in fact be bad for you. But the label doesn’t say “no bad for you dyes,” it says “no artificial dyes.” It’s something of a useless lable in the first place, no?

This may be shocking to you, but there are actually Republicans who aren’t members of Congress.

Just because MAGA has captured a majority of the party and therefore wins most of the primaries doesn’t mean there are no non-MAGA republicans.

Also, there’s Susan Collins in the Senate, so that’s at least two.

It is in fact possible to be both Republican and vehemently against the current regime. There are plenty of die-hard Republicans who have vocally hated Trump for the past decade.

That doesn’t mean he has good politics, but you can have bad politics and still hate the out-and-out Nazis.
