i used to do triathlons every season, olympic distance. for about a decade. i never stopped feeling like i was dying. i would be able to do it, going up to 10 mile runs @ ~8min/mile while training - but it never felt good.
i would see other runners, gliding along like gazelles, and i would wonder if they felt like that and just hid it better, or if it was just me. i would dread runs - the only time i felt good about it was when it was over
i dont run anymore, i hate it, its not for me. i still workout 4-5 days a week and i get my cardio in other ways. exercise should be fun, something you look forward to doing

i’m not sure you know what objectively means - can you please link any piece of research or any information that is not an opinion piece?

this is another thinly veiled misogynist take in criticizing the way women speak. filler words, vocal fry, now lip filler accent?
influencers have deeply help shape and change the syntax and pronunciation of modern patterns, and this author specifically mentions them. but this seems to be yet another way to shame and censure a specific group. lip filler is a body mod not completely, but predominantly used by female presenting folks.
i disagree - i dont think lip filler accent is a thing, it is just another way to condemn women and girls for a feature or trend that is disliked by a specific subset seeking to normalize their belief set.

i just arrived bc that was the last straw of the constant reddit enshittification. so there is at least one.
