I think there is a fundamental mis-framing, throughout the entire software/development understanding…

I think that the architecture needs to be simultaneously agilely-devloped, but into an executable-model, a kind of toy-implimentation, so it is easy to change the architecture, low-cost, BEFORE one converts it into load-bearing, & therefore unchangeable architecture ( architecture’s the hardest thing to change, as it’s most-fundamental )

So, I think that the proper way is to do it in 2 stages:

1. agilely develop the architecture, until ALL required-kinds-of-function are working, in the toy-model, & one has re-architected it so that the structure is right, & then
2. set about converting it from the high-level-language to whatever production-language it is that is efficiency-optimal, for production-scale.

This is part of an idea from years ago: I read in a Wiley GAAP book that I happened to be glancing into, that it’s a violation of GAAP to prototype any project in any language other than the final-implimentation-language, & expense that prototype.

Which is totally insane!

Prototype in the highest-level-language you can, to get the domain+architecture right, then reimpliment what you have to in the most production-efficient/effective language for that project.

GAAP ( of that year ) is categorically wrong: it penalizes optimal-prototyping.

It was years-later before I discovered that an English mathematician ( roundish ginger, worked in Glasgow, no idea what his name was, sorry ) had studied the difference between complex projects which worked vs ones which died, & it was the visual-spacial-representation-of-the-model, & the complete-coverage executable-model which made the successes win.

So, I just put those ideas together.

Any attempt at impeaching him, now, would trigger his invoking of The Insurrection Act, & activating total-dictatorship.

Which he is going to do regardless, once his frustration reaches high-enough intensity.

But at-last the lessons of what the Christians call “armageddon”, these next 6-decades, will be significant…

Once the tippingpoint’s crossed, I expect the Regional Consolidation Time to be Trump ditching/ignoring all the rest of the world except for his wars on conquering the Americas. ALL of them. Civil War Part2: confederate reverse-takeover & vengeance … will only be a sub-plot, not the whole thing.

About 1/2-way through the 7-y cycle, I expect him to be replaced with Musk.

The problem isn’t them: the problem is humankind’s collective-unconscious-mind’s ego-games, its “apocalypse” “proving its ego’s IMPORTANCE”, that “nothing is more god than ego’s TANTRUM/POGROM is!!”.

So, fundamentally, it’s The Great Filter: our underlying toddler-nature breaking the world to “beat god and make god obey!!”.

No other path could have worked.

Keeping-straight everything that needs to be kept-straight when writing dialogue, isn’t easy, & people who don’t even understand Shawn Coyne’s point about how every single scene in the entire story MUST pull its weight, & MUST alter emotional-value somehow ( see “The Story Grid” for that ), is something that most story-writers don’t understand properly.

Some are brilliant at it ( & the writers for that TV-show, Mad Men, iirc, were mostly women, simply because women are better than men at writing such drama ), & most are not.

Why should imitations-of-us be better at it than we are?

It was a few years ago? when a woman in Taiwan showed a video where her co-worker could open her phone, because the face-recognition logic in Apple phones is calibrated to Whites, not to Asians.

I think that there are only 2 biometrics which ought be used:

1. bloodvessels-in-fingers/hands
2. retinas, blood-vessels again.

There are some diseases which monkey that, for people with those conditions, & injuries can monkey them too,

but making the bloodvessels-in-hands one be normal would mean that “ghoulies”, cloned fingerprints that someone wears as rubbery coverings on their fingers, iirc, would be blocked by that, so would the tape-copying-fingerprint trick…

& making it so that the retina-scan was only done in higher-security settings, & only where you have to peer into the machine, not where it’s scanning everybody who’s in the lobby ( another story I read ),

& having iris-scanning for people who have retina-degenerative-conditions/injuries, as backup…

It was fundamentally different from Catholic confession ( yes, this is related to your point ).

Confession was recommended, but it didn’t say confession to someone.

It may have implied confession to one’s team/community.

It absolutely did not orient any such thing to any church-official.

I’ve found that confessing to LivingSpirit helps.

Research has discovered that it doesn’t matter what one surrenders-to/relies-on, it can be a soccer-ball, an imaginary-friend, or LivingSpirit as I do, but doing that with someone ( from your perspective ) massively empowers lives in breaking addiction, as 1 objective change-in-life.

( see Baumeister’s “Willpower”, & note that while he gives what the evidence says, he rejects it, himself )

Confessing socially I consider narcissistic.

However, there’s another angle to it: it may help others to see that they’re not-alone in their failings.

& that is valuable.

Diversity exists in all kinds of dimensions, even values.

That is what the human-category of life is for: exploring interactions between different kinds of human-category-meanings, including values.

Once the consequences have happened on them enough … then they’ll understand.

Without actually-experiencing it, though, how could visceral-learning be?

All the people who hold that “you don’t need to face what’s in your unconscious: just maintain acceptable-appearances, & be the appearances, & then everything’ll be fine” want inauthentic meaning, inauthentic-realization-of-a-soul’s-meaning.

IF a soul/continuum has being-a-horrible-monster in its nature, & it wants to explore that, THEN all it has to do is catch-in a world where monsters are currently happening, & then explore that meaning.

There are countless worlds, in the endless-stream-of-universes…

some are currently hellworlds, some currently paradises, some in between.

The majority of the souls who’ve caught in this-world’s human-category-lives want ideological-reacting instead of upright correct-reasoning.

So?

IF that’s what humankind wants … THEN it’s humankind’s right to persue enforcing ideological-reacting, until humankind’s extinguished from this world.

Then humankind’s “entitlement” will have no “home”, & universe won’t care.

Then those-souls … will have to try again, on some other world.

Endlessly, forever, until they grow-up.

Endless-stream-of-universes is perfectly efficient & effective, & has NOTHING to do with “religion”.

It’s just a mechanism in-which souls explore meanings.

Souls currently caught-in the lives of monsters, on worlds that are having those, included.

Why would it be “a problem” for others to have other values?

Ideological-homogeneity may be your idea of heaven, but MOST of the world doesn’t want to be homogeneous with you or me.

If that’s your idea of “a problem”, then too bad.

Coarsely, there are 4 classes:

• Upper ( measures status by someone’s POWER )
• Middle ( measures status by someone’s INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTION-BESTOWED-DEGREE )
• Working ( measures status by someone’s MONEY )
• Under ( homeless-people, etc: people like me, who’s racked-up 7+y outright-homeless )

More finely-grained, however, it’s more like:

• Upper { Monarchs, hereditary-Oligarchs, minor “nobility”, etc }
• Financial ( have the wealth to be exempt from most of the regulations & many of the laws )
• Upper-Middle ( doctors/professors/lawyers/diplomats/engineers/etc )
• Middle ( lower-to-mid beaurocrats )
• Upper-Working ( self-employed, or owns their own business )
• Middle-Working ( foremen? )
• Lower-Working
• Under

Upper-class do not have a “job position”: they hire middle-class people, like hired-dogs, to get specific jobs done.

The sycophantism to the upper-class is real.

You can see upper-class behavior among some top upper-middle-class people, when they intentionally walk too-slow, so as to force everybody all around them to pace-match them, “showing their importance”… ( I’ve seen that, repeatedly, on a deputy-minister, at one site I worked, years ago )
