I listen to mostly death metal and my wife is into musicals. Its really not an issue. I have gone with her to Book of Mormon (a musical), she has gone with me to metal shows… actually she used to get me back stage to several (she worked catering). Wouldn’t that end up with a big survivorship bias? The truly corrupt would have no retractions from authors or institutions and there are potential incentives for publishers to not retract.
