I am :( I’m also sick at the moment too, making fasting an extra struggle.

Isn’t there an exception for fasting related to sickness? Or does it need to be bad enough for it to be impossible to maintain health while fasting? Did I hallucinate it?

Yes there is, but I’m incredibly stubborn and don’t feel too ill to fast successfully. It’s a little bothersome, but ai don’t feel like I’m dying or anything lol.

She was a Baptist, not a Muslim, but my grandmother was a member of a church that did routine daytime fasting and she would do this. Do me a favor, and just ask those you trust to tell you if you appear too sick to fast. Sometimes we don’t always know where we’re at without checking in with others. She made herself very, very sick one time by refusing not to fast when she was already ill, and she nearly died.

It was the lack of water that landed her in the hospital, not the lack of food.

Stay safe, and lots of love 💕

Thanks for the concern. Last year I did have to stop fasting because I got really sick at the end. The joys of working in public education I suppose. Won’t let it get that bad 💜 Sorry to hear your grandmother went through that.

Hallow was founded by Alex Jones,

    Goddammit.

Alex Jones, who grew up as a Catholic, lost his faith as a teenager. With the use of meditation, Jones chose to revert to Catholicism and made the decision to create a platform to assist others in a similar situation.

Me when I realise there’s money in them there Catholics.

Is this real? I could really use a prayer buddy right about now. Someone who could pray at me real fast. Fast and rough prayer. The kind of fast and rough prayer that makes it hard to walk tomorrow
