How often does arbitration actually rule for workers rather than big business?
I mean, if they rejected it by 99%, and it’s been forced through anyways, there’s going to be some people searching for new work and air Canada is going to have a hard time staffing.
Edit: Never mind I misread something, only the rouge part changed so the 99% would still be pretty close.
