The Supreme Court is not saying people don’t have certain rights, just that no courts can help them when those rights are violated.

    They’re originalists, of course. Since none of y’all were around when the Constitution was written, guess what, you don’t get rights. Corporations are Adam Smith’s babies so they get rights.
