minus-squareSuck_on_my_Presence@lemmy.worldOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up5·2 days agoI dunno if might help - but I had a problem with reddit (before switching to Lemmy). I ended up putting an app timer on it for an hour every weekday and 2 on weekends. Honestly, it helped a lot for me.
