I’m guessing you’re being sarcastic, but it is important. The constant switching back and forth is very unhealthy and people die as a result of it every year due to increases in, for example, heart attacks and traffic accidents.
Not to sound too utilitarian about it, but less people die the day after they add an hour, too, so though more people die after going back an hour the losses cancel out
As a fellow (mostly) utilitarian, I believe that suffering and joy also need to be taken into consideration. I think suffering wins out when it comes to time changes.
