I have to agree with you, i’m on a special diet, so I only drink black coffee - and if I get an americano from starbucks its so immensely bitter it’s almost undrinkable - I think it only makes sense if they are balancing it against the super-sweetness of their sugar/fructose loaded drinks as default.
