    A bit of instant coffee in the bottom of a bowl.

    Add 120g of frozen blueberries.

    Add a sprinkling of roasted cashews.

    Add some whole milk. (Or, heavy cream if you’re feeling thin that day.)

    Top with a generous poof of cinnamon powder, and a tiny bit of sugar.

    Stir and enjoy.
