It generally takes a good couple of years to wrangle the translation and this was just announced. I wouldn’t expect to see it in English until 2028 or so.
Try reaching out to notable publishers of English translations and ask if they have plans!

I don’t know about YOUR phone, but on mine, you hold the home button to translate:

If you get the French edition, you can view it through your phone to translate. 😉
